Web Summit Lisbon didn’t just feel bigger this year.
It felt different.

Faster.
Louder.
More global.

But the real shift wasn’t on the stage.
It was in the conversations.

Coming back to Lisbon felt like stepping into a scaled-up version of the ecosystem I fell in love with years ago.
Every corridor walk turned into a reunion.
Every “We should catch up” from 2019 finally happened in 2025.

Those meetings were a good reminder:

In a world that moves at this speed, long-term relationships are still the best “unfair advantage” you can build.

And then there’s Portugal itself.

Every time I’m here, I feel the same mix of optimism and ambition.
You walk a few metres inside the pavilions and you’re suddenly in a global meeting room:

All compressed into a few days, all building in parallel.
