Carly is an associate in the Employment, Immigration and Reward division. She advises and represents clients on contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including Labour Tribunal disputes. She has handled litigation involving injunction applications for breach of restrictive covenants, claims for breach of employment contract (implied and express terms), unlawful and unreasonable dismissal claims, sex and disability discrimination claims and shareholders’ dispute. On the advisory side, she has experience providing employment advice to both individuals and companies in relation to post termination restrictions, redundancies, bonuses, summary dismissal, employee investigations, claims of discrimination and data privacy matters.
