Procurement and Vendor Management Lead

Procurement Supervisor

- Develop demand forecasts (operational) at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple
horizons
- Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results
- Coordinate cross-functional research activities to reconcile significant variances, and refine and forecast models to reflect updated sales and marketing assumptions
- Interact with sales, marketing, and customer finance to understand demand forecast drivers
- Use Anaplan as a demand forecasting tool
- Closely coordinate, and communicate customer action plans with supply planning

Sr. Demand Planner

Emerson Electric Asia, Ltd. - ROHQ (for InterMetro Industries)

- Overall tactical leader for InterMetro, Commercial and Residential Solutions Business Group under Manila Global Solutions.
 - Create/supervise projects that support business units/business group on their project and support requirements.
 - Responsible for the collection, organization, management, and analysis of diverse amount of data needed to develop and execute strategies for InterMetro Industries
 - Identifier of savings opportunities and creation of business process improvements within the organization.
 - Interface/constant communication with other group/persons within the company

Team Lead - Supply Chain

- Manage data in Oracle to support Engineering activities, production operations, and inventory. 
 - Act as the primary Bill of Material (BOM) gatekeeper, especially for Acuna site. Completely and accurately setup all the items request with attributes, BOM and Routing. 
 - Collaborate with Analysts, Customer Service Representatives, Engineers and Managers in different sites of the business unit through BOM circulations, report discussions and project opportunities. 
 - Develop tracking reports for Engineering, Finance, and Sales work groups.  
 - Perform other functions given by the immediate superior/business unit contacts and supporting Manila initiatives.
 - Serve as a backup person in Supply Chain and other Procurement projects

Sr. Analyst – Operations

- Ensure Bills of Material (BOM) and routings are consistent across the entire organization.
 - Update BOM and routings for product transfers or new products.
 - Coordinate that BOM routings, drawings and packaging are current and complete by location and with GMDC.
 - Assist in data maintenance of MRP data by location

Analyst 2 – Operations

FASTECH SYNERGY PHILIPPINES, INC.

- Supervise the three (3) Production Areas: Wafer Probe Test, Front of Line and Mold Area.
 - Know the production target and create a game plan to hit target output.
 - Complete the production plan by establishing priorities, proper scheduling and assigning of personnel, monitoring the progress, resolving production issues, and reporting the results to VP of Operations.
 - Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
 - Interact very closely with the equipment team to ensure operation of equipment and minimize the machine set up delay.
	Communicate with QA, Process Engineer, Product Development Engineer and Planner Team for lot status. 
	Resolve personnel problems by analyzing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions, and recommending action

Jr. Production Supervisor – Operations

- Compute Product Line Capacity, Shared Product Line Capacity, and Line Balancing.
 - Compute and justify number of Direct Labor requirement per process and product line.
 - Simulate Gold Wire consumption to use in Product Cost Estimate. 
 - Ensure availability and update office and production layout for machine allocation and office relocation, and propose production layout to utilize space and manpower efficiently.
 - Process the Cost Estimate per Request for Quotation (RFQ) given by Sales, Marketing and Customer Relations Group. 
 - Compute process costing for justifying Process Engineering and Product Development projects.
 - Calculate the Materials Review Board (MRB) to quantify and control the Cost of Non-Quality
- Manage and update Product Line Profile for Bill of Material and Product Cost Estimate.
 - Conduct Time and Motion Study to set Standard Assembly Time, Hour per K units, and Units per Hour.
 - Compute Direct and Indirect material consumption.
 - Work with Facilities Team for Equipment Utility Requirement and Material Overhead computation.
 - Set up item in JDE System, together with its Routing and Bill of Materials.
 - Help IE team for data gathering and data management

Jr. Industrial Engineer
