Develop and manage the Online Experience: Elements of the website, checkout process, interaction features, look features,product features and customer service features through Shopify. 
Develop site and page layouts. 
Create Digital Advertisements (Facebook).
Analyze performance: Monitor performance to ascertain whether business objectives are being achieved through various metrics: Google Analytics, Ads Manager and Shopify.
Reverse Product option.
Hold close relationships with Planning to analyze stock performance, poor performace and outcomes. 
Develope and manage the online experience, UX and UI.
Reporting on various aspects of the Online business: budgets, digital marketing reports and sales reports. 
Improvement and maintenance of the Soviet Tech-stack.

Ecommerce Manager

Oversee all aspects of Customer Services for online and social media platforms.   
 Provide excellent customer services with clients and relationships with couriers to ensure efficient delivery times. 
Responsible for all incoming return queries and facilitating of all returns, exchanges and damages. Management of the Online DC Team.
Stock management.
 Working with dispatch and wholesale for delivery of orders, checking stock, quality control and requesting stock styles from our wholesale division.
 Uploading of new stock onto the website timeously and ensuring stock accuracy.
 Responsible for quarterly stock takes and ad-hoc counts to ensure error-free processes. 
  Social Media and Commmunity Manager
Assist the marketing team in principal wording for campaigns and copy. 
Maintaining the website for ease of access, precision of stock and call to action for any glitches and web errors. 
Communicating with brick and mortar Soviet stores for Inter branch Transfers and stock queries. 
Facilitation of click and collect orders through the online platform to stores.
