The marketing agency notus supports founders and executives in growing their companies through personal branding. After starting off in the marketing department as well as copywriter for client projects, I transitioned into the role as As Head of Customer Success where I oversaw the Sales & Partnerships Department and led the project teams and was responsible for overall customer success. 

As first contact person for project teams and the customers, I was also involved in the business development and strategic direction of notus, ensuring measures align with customers needs and internal development.

This motivation has sparked in me since the beginning of my entrepreneurial journey.

Combining the power of communities and content, I founded my first startup CLOTHESfriends in 2020, following the mission of making circular fashion accessible to everyone.

We launched a fashion rental app, went through two successful fundraising rounds, and built a brand recognized by international press and media.

Turns out, even though we had traction, the market wasn’t ready for fashion rental.

So, I put the app and operations on hold and started working as Head of Partnerships in a marketing agency, helping founders build and grow their personal brands.

Besides, I took time to reflect and returned to my WHY: empowering people to use their voices.

& to tell real stories in order to drive impact. 

🚀 That’s what led me to my new venture: Scripe.

With Scripe, we build a SaaS that enables professionals and companies to grow their personal brands.

In the era of earned media, companies who lead are the companies who empower, encourage, and celebrate employees who become brand ambassadors.

it felt shit at first, not gonna lie. BUT...
here comes the hardcore plot twist ;)

someone took literally our whole product we built with Scripe. 

features, design, words. and replicated us. 
didn't even come up with their own onboarding flow.

poor them, haha. 🤓

being copied means you’re building something great.

so we got that confirmed. ✅

the part that is IS MUCH WORSE:

EVERY person we talked to knew a similar story.

→ founders got their products cloned.
→ marketers lost big pitches to “copycat” competitors.
→ a student whose thesis became a professor’s book?!

all of them had one thing in common:

they wished they hadn't stayed quiet. ⚡️
not becoming scared of it.

because actually, it's the copycats who are.

>> copying is the equivalent of ‘acting out of fear‘.

they think if it works for others, it will work for them.

sure, you can copy a tool, a feature, a whole user flow.
short-term, it might even work.

but you can never copy the foundation, the community.

aka, the core of ACTUAL successful companies.✌️

after hearing all these stories,
I knew we had to do something!

because only once we talk about it;
we can share the REAL story to make a REAL impact.

→ nobody can take your story.
→ it's your most powerful asset.
→ & that‘s why we built Scripe.

they made mistakes. failed. ran against walls.

→ curious: wanting to learn from everyone, always.
→ honest: about wins, fails, and everything in-between.

the reason why I am sharing this is because:

but it's part of my story.
it's part of my success.

we FINALLY launched Scripe 3.0. ❤️‍🔥

hands down, the sickest & best we’ve ever built. 

we released our v3 in a live event with Scripers from all over the world & it meant SO much! 

I could feel how damn strong our community is, with hundreds of users joining & celebrating with us. 🎉

now to the fun part: what changed?

short answer: basically… everything 😅

but not in a “50 new buttons” way.

we talked to 100s of users, studied millions of posts, and realized:

>> posting the right content on LinkedIn is hard, not because of missing features, but because of chaos & overwhelm.

so we killed complexity & aimed for simplicity.✨

Scripe 3.0 now feels like a real co-pilot:

1️⃣ I can ask Scripe anyyything:

→ knows my audience & understands my goals.

besides showing the new BEST ever version of Scripe with the most supportive community; what made me happiest about this launch was:

our whole team was thriiiving! 🥹 

(also on the edge for some time but we made it) still can't believe what we managed to do in such a short time. #realproud

very damn grateful for our growing universe of Scripers! the epic era is just getting started ;)
