Hi, I’m Carmen Morin: Entrepreneur, Educator, and Learning Design Strategist.

My journey began not in business, but in high-performance environments, as an internationally awarded concert pianist. After making my orchestral debut at age 10 and touring for the Canadian Embassy, I won first prize in international competition and was later inducted into the Steinway & Sons International Teacher Hall of Fame in New York. These experiences shaped my understanding of discipline, precision, and mastery, principles I now apply to business success.

In 2013, I founded and scaled my music school into a multiple seven-figure enterprise, serving 1,200+ students locally and thousands more globally with a team of 45+ faculty and staff.
