Fizzin is a digital marketing agency that offers affordable digital services to small businesses.

Roles and responsibilities:
• Creating content for clients in various industries
• Managing multiple profiles on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok
• Setting up and hosting weekly Instagram lives with entrepreneurs
• Working in Canva, Google Suite, Mailchimp and Planable
• Keeping up to date with changes in social media platforms as well as the different industries
• Tracking analytics and ensuring that profiles are optimized on a regular basis
• Writing and uploading search engine optimized blogs on Shopify, Wix, and WordPress
• Editing and publishing YouTube videos

Social Media Marketing Agent 

Future Females is a movement to inspire more female entrepreneurs, and better support their success. During my time at the company, I gained valuable knowledge in different parts of the business, but my main focuses were on the marketing team and the Future Females Foundation, the non-profit arm of the company that fights for an end to gender-based violence.

Roles and responsibilities:
• Assisting with the Empowered Summit, an online summit that raised money for The Future Females Foundation and Phakama Community Safehouse for victims of domestic violence. For this summit, I set up the Facebook events, scheduled posts, and managed the Facebook Group with more than 2 000 members. I also assisted with design work and worked on the backend of the website to set up different speaker portals. 
• Assisting with the TechFest Summit, a 5 Day Challenge for entrepreneurs building climate-focused businesses. For this summit, I set up the Facebook events, scheduled posts, moderated the daily live videos on both Zoom and Facebook, managed a group of more than 2 600 members, and monitored emails. 
• Working in Canva, Iconosquare, Trello, Airtable, Google Suit, WebinarJam, Slack and ClickFunnels
• Creating, and scheduling content while also managing the Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts for the Foundation.
• Growing the Foundation social media platforms. My key highlight at the time was growing the Instagram account by more than 2 000 followers, organically, in just over a month.
• Putting together, presenting, and implementing growth strategies 
• Working on a stakeholder map to identify where the Foundation could gain funding
• Setting up and moderating webinars
• Writing blogs while doing Search Engine Optimization on older blogs which resulted in an increase in traffic to the website
• Researching and writing content for the Friday FeMail, the weekly newsletter that got sent to women around the world

DaDa is an online education platform that offers elementary education experiences to Chinese students aged 4–16.

Roles and responsibilities:
• Interacting with students on a 1-1 level
• Forming relationships with both the students and parents 
• Ensuring that class times were adhered to
• Keeping students engaged in the class
• Assessing student's grammar, pronunciation, and sentence structure
• Having knowledge of the different courseware provided by DaDa and adapting that to a specific student and their needs
