* Partnered with relevant managers to strategize, develop outreach plan, application timeline, and hiring process for seasonal and year-round HQ positions.

* Created and maintained hiring process tools for use by hiring managers.

* Ensured exceptional candidate care, including training other managers on Galileo hiring standards.

* Collaborated with executive team in planning of organizational restructuring and compliance.

* Managed relationship with ACE’s payroll & benefits provider.
