And as we got more clients, we grew our team and also the scope of support they provided. And it sort-of just worked. I had heard horror stories around VAs. But that wasn’t our experience. Sure, we had the odd minor hiccup, but other than that they were awesome. And then our clients started asking us to do the same for them. We ummed and ahhed. I mean, we were not a VA company. And we did not really want a distraction. We were on a role! But we did it…to help our existing clients. And it worked! And then we got asked again…and again… THAT is when we realised that our secret sauce around communication and relationships is what made the difference. Eventually the demand got ridiculous. And we looked at each other and decided to go for it. Global Teams was born.
