I’m not building another startup. I’m building the infrastructure that should’ve existed before women like me burned out. I’m the founder of Carol’s Lobby; a trauma-informed venture studio and narrative-driven rescue mission for high-capacity, system-erased founders. I lead with lived experience: autistic burnout, executive function breakdown, and being mislabeled for years inside an ecosystem that never made space for minds like mine. Carol’s Lobby is both a brand and a blueprint: • A venture pipeline that starts with recovery, not performative resilience • A media studio where unscripted narratives become investable IP • A prototype for infrastructure that replaces webinars with real scaffolding • A residential village model where founders live, heal, and build in flow state I’m designing founder sanctuaries, not accelerators. Narrative equity, not pitch deck polishing. Outcomes, not optics. If you’re an investor, operator, researcher, or ecosystem partner who understands that supporting execution starts with protecting cognition, let’s talk. We don’t need more noise. We need new infrastructure. Currently raising bridge capital for: • Founder Burnout Documentary Project • First Startup Family Farms Pilot Location • Launch of the $3M Venture Studio & Giving Tree Network Resourcing Founders Is Not Charity, It’s an Economic Imperative For years, I held everything together through sheer willpower, navigating a world that never recognized the way my brain works; until burnout stole my ability to function, communicate, and advocate for myself. Not because I lacked ambition, talent, or ideas, but because I lacked the scaffolding for executive function support that should have existed. Founder burnout is not a personal failure. It is a systemic failure. The startup ecosystem celebrates resilience while stripping founders of the very support that makes resilience possible. It expects us to self-fund our survival, navigate illogical bureaucracies, and execute at peak performance; without executive function scaffolding. This is why I am building Startup Family Farms; a new category in founder recovery and brand security. This isn’t a retreat. It’s a venture pipeline. When you eliminate survival barriers, execution accelerates. When founders can stay in flow state, startups scale faster. #WeAreDandelions #WomenFindingAutismInBurnout #FounderFirstFunding #StartupFamilyFarms #WhistleblowingAbleism
