I'm the person that got the phone call no one ever wants to get... In 1994, my parents were in a car accident on their way back from their country home. My 71-year-old mom was instantly killed. My dad was in a coma, being airlifted to Hartford Hospital with a less than 2% chance of surviving. My dad survived, but had a traumatic brain injury and lost all his executive level skills. So while juggling my 13 year old son (I was a single mom...), my first software firm, Organizer Systems, Inc., and then Alternatives TLC, my operational and HR consulting firm, I also became my dad's primary care coordinator for the next 14 years. When my dad passed away, in 2008, I began a 5-year scavenger hunt to find all the "stuff" so I could settle the estate and distribute the physical and digital assets (yup...reward miles, points, etc.) And I'm sure I missed things because, 5 years later, I discovered yet another life insurance policy! To this day, additional items occasionally still surface. In 2009 I created a PC-based product, so no one would ever have to go through what I did, consolidating all the important information for those we love. In 2017, we began to rewrite that original software to a web-based platform with a companion mobile app, focusing on Inventories and Critical Documents, renaming the product Pinventory Home & Business and offering our solutions across income levels: You can use our platform to create your own set of inventories. You can take a class, through our All Things Inventory Academy, and learn to create inventories and consolidate important information for yourself and others (as a new revenue stream). And we offer Pinventory Personalized, our confidential, onsite service where we'll do everything for you - preferably proactively, but also forensically. I work with individuals, families, startups and small businesses, to get them both operationally sound and equally important, properly organized for anything life brings them.
