Long time project for Damovo in London and Brazil, and URS Engineering in NYC.  Taught classes in Paris, Dubai, Montreal and various office throughout the US.

At URS Engineering in NYC responsible for conversion of all their construction projects to new Job Cost software.  This included auditing all files for major construction projects in NYC.  Projects included state and city contracts for all bridge work, sports stadiums, hospitals, prisons, etc.  Contract review, balanced budgets,  reviewed payments, prepared billing for change orders.

Site acquisition - Dallas, Texas and suburbs, New Orleans, Savannah, Hilton Head, Philadelphia and surrounding areas. 

Utility Accounts and Co-location Manager in Philadelphia. Responsible for all corporate accounts to secure cell sites from utility companies, Amtrak, Septa, CSX and PPL for Phase I and 2 build out of 600 towers.  Contact all wireless companies to secure co-location on their towers. 

Program Manager - of 100 site build out in the northeast at Tampa office of Unisite. Responsibilities included: coordinate purchase of all materials to build site, make schedule for construction crews, weekly meetings with clients to go over updated build out schedule, make close out files and update final  As Built drawings.

Purchase of bank owned assets for Corporation starting up an Asset Management Department.  Assets to include: unfinished residential complexes, golf club communities, high rise developments, existing residential developments and vacant lots. 
Job entailed getting contractors to finish the construction, overseeing their work, finish all improvements and getting the property on the market for sale. 

Properties were located primarily in the state of  Florida.

Responsible for liquidating RTC commercial and residential assets throughout the United States.   Assets to include:  apartment complexes, regional malls, office buildings, hospitals, hotels and industrial buildings. Ordered and reviewed all appraisals, contracted for repairs and managed a team of five Asset Managers.

Southwest Savings

Foreclosed on commercial assets through Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Florida.  Closed down 125 bank branches when Southwest Savings acquired five other Savings & Loans.  Ordered and  reviewed all appraisals and contracted for all work to get properties ready for sale.  Did market studies for the area to get all rents at current market rate.  Inspected every unit to verify condition of property and if the tenants had a valid lease. Replaced management companies.  Secured brokers to sell the assets.

Inspection of all commercial assets under construction and processing and audit of all loan draws and budgets for commercial projects.

Bay Colony Development Company

Project Manager for development of the 104,000 s.f.  Bay Colony Executive Center in Scottsdale, AZ, Acquisition and development of the Chandler Industrial Park in Chandler, AZ.  Developed land and  construction of eleven buildings and Bay Colony Technology Center Park in Tucson, AZ.  Secured financing for all projects, did all projections and budgeting pre-construction and ongoing. Worked with architects, engineers and general contractor to finalize all contracts and funded ongoing loan draws.  Developed within Bay Colony Executive Center a suite of furnished  executive suites for smaller spaces. Developed marketing brochures, slide slows and presentations for all projects.  In charge of all events related to projects; groundbreakings, grand openings, board of directors meetings and special events.
