The NEOS Group

The NEOS Group is a privately owned company whose products leverages technology to create a simple user interface based on the client's criteria, that saves up to 80% of the time and cost when compared to traditional methods.  NEOS also provides HR solutions to small and medium sized businesses who seek additional HR support. NEOS supports clients with a fully-integrated online Human Resources Management System (HRMS) that covers work streams such as OH&S, job evaluations, performance reviews, training needs analysis, competencies, remuneration, etc. 

Responsible for:
- Client management & associated applications design
- Managing the NEOS team 
- Corporate communication strategies
- Company's project management portfolios
 
Responsible for providing HR function services, support and guidance to internal/external customers and developing the Neos HRMS including:

- Inducting and training new employees into Neos.
- Overseeing employee handbooks, policies and procedures for Neos and clients.
- Creating customised criteria for clients across a range of applications.
- Providing guidance to clients regarding varying industrial instruments and classifications/pay rates. 
- Providing clients with training and system support for the HRMS.
- Overseeing the system requirements that underpin the framework for the HRMS.
- Overseeing a user-friendly interface for easy data entry by clients.
- Designing templates to provide useful and informative reports from the HRMS.
- Co-ordinating IT specialists in the development and testing HRMS functionality.
- Interpreting awards to develop job evaluations for the HRMS system build. 
- Overseeing the development of procedure manuals, user manuals and associated documents for     Neos clients and to support the HRMS

National Operations Director

Responsible for delivery of a State Government and industry funded Public Place Recycling Program.  This program was successfully delivered with all milestones met and a successful rollout of the program across Central Queensland involving a mix of local government, not for profit associations, state charities and the private sector.  The Program also created a best practice PPR Handbook for all Program participants which will be incorporated into Local Government guidelines and procedures.
