I am a highly committed and motivated Commercial Manager, with a degree in International Relations, Leadership training from Conquer, a Postgraduate degree in Business Management from Mackenzie, and currently pursuing an Executive MBA in Strategic Sales Management from FGV. I have extensive experience in contract renewals, as well as cross-selling and upselling within the client portfolio. Cross-selling and upselling are recurring monthly deliveries, and we achieved 120% of the target in 2022 and a growth of 185% in opening new opportunities compared to 2021.
