I managed the UX design review process for the Buy Side within Google Ads and drove the improvement project of the greater feature lifecycle. 

Overview
- Worked with UX, PM and engineering teams to schedule and host design reviews, build decorum, and keep stakeholders informed of critical timelines.
- Kept detailed statistics of process and program performance metrics
- Implemented continuous process improvements while working with UX, PM and Eng stakeholders to identify solutions that work for all parties.
- Conducted an extensive listening tour of the greater team to identify pain points, systematic challenges and areas of opportunity within the product lifecycle. I used this information to build informal teams, quantify qualitative data, and build extensive documentation for senior leadership.
- Created project plans, product requirement docs, and user instructions while partner programming with engineers to build automated tools for design review management and scheduling. This effort automated ~15 hours of work while centralizing key program information.
- Gave clarity to an ambiguous process by rewriting documentation, establishing best practices, moderating reviews, and hosting weekly syncs with UX leadership to find agreement on processes not previously established.
- Supported individual contributors by by organizing references and resources, hosting adhoc reviews, and by always advocating for their needs. 
- Contributed to plans and outlines for training programs outlining key UX initiatives such as A11y, design systems, Figma adoption, and engineering hand off tools.

Additionally I volunteered to support the Google Hiring our Heroes Skillbridge Fellowship program. I redesigned the candidate selection process, nearly doubled the amount of fellows from the previous cohort, mentored veterans, and maintained key program statistics.

Completed a a veteran fellowship program through Hiring our Heroes which resulted in a contract position at Google via Adecco as a UX Program Manager.

Operations Officer - Regional Support Organization

As Training Officer I oversaw all shipboard training and managed shipwide training requirements, schedules, certifications and personnel manning. I was the Executive Department Head and oversaw 15 Sailors and advised Senior Officers on manners concerning the Ship's admin. Additionally I was proficient with the AEGIS weapon system and Naval tactics and was a drilling Anti-Air Warfare Coordinator.

Training Officer - USS Ralph Johnson

As the Deck Division Officer I oversaw multiple work centers and thousands of man hours of maintenance on mission essential equipment while managing between 20 and 70 Sailors at any given time. As an Officer of the Deck I have hundreds of hours of navigating ships at sea. 

As Admin Officer I oversaw the quality and flow of all evaluations, awards and correspondence onboard.

As the Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) Officer I planned numerous events for over 300 people to include command summer picnics, holiday parties as well as fun events while at sea. I managed a budget of over 60,000 dollars and a committee of 20.
