Caroline is an award winning passionate STEM Educator, professional Teacher, Teacher Trainer, Global Schools Advocate, and a passionate STEM mentor for girls, bringing women together to support girls In STEM. She has worked as a full time professional teacher under the Board of Management, Kenya for 2 years and at Teachers Service Commission for 6 years teaching Biology and Chemistry. She has worked as a full time Teacher Trainer at Digital Education Africa Network 🌍 (DEAN) ( Kenya and Netherlands). For part time, she also takes the role of an Advisory Board Member in Education for Native Coders (Sweden) and also an Advisory Board Member for Starlight Education Group (UK) and the Head of African Womens Network in STEAM of Alliance STEAM Afrika Education (ASAE) (Spain), and Brand Ambassador for Otermans Institute Artificial Intelligence (OIAI), (UK). She is passionate about empowering girls in STEM and is also the founder and CEO of Women in STEAM initiative.
