Sanofi is a global Pharmaceutical Company, providing healthcare solutions. I provided executive assistance to the Chief Financial Officer and my role included but was not limited to:
- arranging agendas and facilitating meetings
- coordinating calendars ensuring resolve of any scheduling conflicts
- liaising with external business partners (auditors, HMRC, tax advisors)
- booking travel and accommodation
- maintaining Tax Calendar
- supporting rest of the Finance teams with ad-hoc tasks
- consolidating finance records for records management
- preparing content for desktop-publishing of internal standard operating procedures

Johnathan Hart Associates provides Design and Consultancy services in all aspects of the building services engineering sector. In my role I provided secretarial and administrative support to the team of Consulting Engineers which included audio-typing of site visit reports.
