I've recently relocated back home to the NYC area after living in Japan for a few years, and joined Sensor Tower, a global organization delivering key insights and data intelligence to verticals across mobile, gaming, and investor. I'm responsible for sales enablement in the US and work closely with our account management and new business sales teams to help them ramp quickly and overachieve our revenue targets. In Japan, I worked as a business English instructor and cross cultural communications coach, supporting corporations in Japan who are looking to expand internationally. My clients were Japanese professionals across industries like manufacturing and pharmaceutical looking to build communication skills with their clients and colleagues in Europe, US, Canada, and around the world. We worked on various business skills from negotiating contracts to facilitating ZOOM meetings across several time zones. It’s the most fun I’ve ever had at work: somehow I got to bring my knowledge of US tech world, international sales experience, passion for enabling salespeople, and love of correcting grammar into this role. I'm also the co-host of Rep Matters, a podcast for sales professionals who are eager to build their business acumen and become top performers.
