After graduating from California State University, Fullerton with a degree in Business Administration, I began my career as a Customer Service Advisor at farfetch.com (NYSE: FTCH), a trailblazer in the online luxury goods space, where I sold $1+ million during my four year tenure. In 2020, I pivoted into FinTech and served as an Associate Home Advisor at better.com (NYSE: BETR), an innovator in the online mortgage lender space. Since 2017, Better Home & Finance Holding Company has leveraged its industry-leading technology platform, Tinman™, to fund more than $100 billion in mortgage volume. Tinman™ allows customers to see their rate options in seconds, get pre-approved in minutes, lock in rates and close their loan in as little as three weeks. During my two year tenure, I was our homeowners' advocate; I listened to each client's needs and vetted their qualifications to help them meet their homeownership goals. What an honor! Most recently, I tried my hand in the insurance industry. After obtaining my insurance license, I was offered a role as a bilingual Regional Developer at TransGlobal Holding Co., a one-stop shop for financial planning and wealth management for Asian communities. My focus was recruiting and training Vietnamese-speaking insurance agents. There, I set a new benchmark for individual sales quota for the org.
