Home Lending Associate

In 2021, I was promoted to Associate Home Advisor where I nurtured clients throughout the full sales cycle (discovery through funding). My licensed Mortgage Loan Originators and I liaised with our in-house End to End Coordinators, Processors, and Underwriters to ensure that our clients' documents were processed within 30 days, resulting in ~50 funded loans per month.

Highlights: Consistently ranked top three out of 100+ outbound callers per week, averaging 3 hours of daily talk time and 1,000+ outbound dials per month. Won multiple competitions in December 2021.

Extracurricular: I was welcomed into Refinance Social Circle where Sales Managers, licensed Home Advisors, and I brainstormed monthly competitions. I would then lead Friday huddles for the West Coast team of 100+.

Since 2017, Better Home & Finance Holding Company has leveraged its industry-leading technology platform, Tinman™, to fund more than $100 billion in mortgage volume. Tinman™ allows customers to see their rate options in seconds, get pre-approved in minutes, lock in rates and close their loan in as little as three weeks.

In 2020, I pivoted into FinTech and began my career as a remote Loan Consultant Associate. I empowered homeowners to lock in a lower interest rate by guiding them through the refinance process.

Highlights: Averaged 2 hours of daily talk time, 1,200 outbound dials per month, and ~40% conversion rate, therefore attaining 100% of sales targets.

Farfetch (NYSE: FTCH) is a leading global marketplace for the luxury fashion industry. Farfetch connects customers in nearly 200 countries with luxury goods from 50+ countries and 1,500+ of the world's best boutiques.

During my four year tenure, I answered customers' questions, comments, concerns, and inquiries using the company's proprietary SaaS technology. I consistently ranked the top salesperson, selling $1.2+ million worth of luxury goods during my tenure.

Highlights: Averaged 800 inbounds per month and $600 per sale.

In 2020, I pivoted into FinTech and became an Associate Home Advisor at Better.com (NYSE: BETR), an innovator in the online mortgage lender space. During my two year tenure, I was our homeowners' advocate; I listened to each client's needs and vetted their qualifications to help them meet their homeownership goals. After a layoff in 2022 (and a brief stint in the insurance industry), I've been welcomed back by Better. I'm excited to be part of a team that's making homeownership faster, simpler, and more accessible for all Americans. What an honor!
