I was there.  That feeling that I was not giving enough to my friends and family, but yet never giving enough to my job either. Drained of energy, full of guilt, on the edge of burnout. I made the tough choice to take a break from it all. I took time out to rebalance my priorities, work out what I really wanted and challenge my belief of what success meant to me. I now make it my purpose to help ambitious women drop the guilt and consciously pursue the career that they dream of whilst maintaining a balance that works for them. Why work with me? I am a ICF Accredited Certified Professional Coach from iPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching) with a background in Management Consulting. I know what it feels like to be torn between challenging professional expectations and your personal life. I am a mother of 3, and I have experienced working full-time, part-time and being a 'stay at home parent'. I have lived and worked abroad and have now returned to live in the UK. I am a fluent French speaker.
