I've been a market researcher and data strategist for over 20 years. My work has always focused on problem solving, pollinating ideas and opportunities, and asking the right questions to the right people. Questions that focus on customer actions, behaviours and the reality of the messy human experience. Questions that drive businesses forward strategically and sustainably. Questions that challenge the assumptions we make about our customers. Questions that support brand strategy and develop products and services that solve human problems differently, creating joyful customer experiences. The results of my work can be seen in the brands you interact with every day. I've scoped, designed, and lead hundreds of research projects, and worked with a few hundred more organizations to train and build customer research capacity for their own internal research processes. I've facilitated workshops for organizations when they need to think deeply, creatively and collaboratively about their customers' human experience.
