Have you ever been asked, "What do you want to be when you grow up?" As someone who is multi-passionate, I have been able to use my fascination with the world to work cross-functionally and fulfill my desire. And what is my desire? To be someone who collaborates with others to understand how we can make this world a better place. I loved creating marketing content to showcase Gongsters and their talents, managing hiring events to attract a diverse range of talent, and composing creative messaging to break through the noise. Do I take calculated risks? Yes! But have you ever received a reply saying, "I loved your message. Thanks for showing some personality! Made the message 10x more pleasant!"? I am passionate about learning and constantly seek ways to improve my job, expand my skillset, and create a more inclusive environment. I have created multiple enablement and onboarding programs due to my ability to teach the same thing in different ways. This skill was honed by a math tutor in grade school who recognized my unique learning style and introduced me to a different method of problem-solving that truly resonated with me. This experience motivated me to overcome challenges and embrace diverse perspectives. My passion for learning is not just a curiosity for life, but also a desire to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to learn successfully. I've seen how embracing diverse learning styles and problem-solving approaches can transform managers. To showcase the power of creativity and diverse thought, I mentored SDRs. I helped them identify their strengths and develop strategies that worked for them, creating a positive and fulfilling environment. This experience motivated me to enhance my coaching skills. I completed the Co-Active Fundamentals course and became a Career Coach. I'm a part of the NeuroSpicy community, so standing by and watching doesn't come easy. I will question why things are the way they are, I won't do things the "normal" way, I will fight for people whose voices aren't being heard or supported, I will take risks, I will use my creativity to problem-solve, and I will continue to learn new ways to be inclusive because I live by the Platinum Rule: Treat others the way they want to be treated.
