I am a senior exec passionate about using the latest technology to unlock the power of great teams. I build diverse, collaborative teams who love working with our clients. My career started with 20 years in Management & Technology Consulting at Accenture, where I built a team focused on leveraging intelligent automation to transform client operations. This meant assembling and supporting the team as we built our points of view and accelerators in a fast-paced world. It also included sales, delivery, executive forums, and client strategy. This was followed by a year leading the Customer/Mentee/Mentor Success Teams at Plato, a Y-Combinator-backed SaaS mentoring platform for technology and product teams. My time at Plato allowed me to fully explore my passion for mentoring and nurturing the next generation of technology leaders. On a part-time basis, I am pursuing my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Adler University, a school focused on Adlerian psychology and social justice. The skills I'm learning at Adler are directly relevant to leadership and team development. My goal now is to find the purpose at which to direct this energy.
