I love problems! Big, hairy, complex problems. Itty bitty, teeny-weeny annoyingly finicky problems. Process and procedural problems. Design and methodology problems. Communication problems. People-problems. Performance problems. Problems are not problematic to me. I love solving problems. I approach my work with a focus on continuous process improvement. I bring advanced critical thinking and astute decision-making skills to analyse problems and find unique solutions. I think creatively and work collaboratively with teams to solve business challenges, and because of this, I can readily make decisions around requirement prioritisation, scope design and management, and assessing viability of solutions. As requirement gathering is a key part of any role, my knowledge of design thinking, lean, and agile methodologies, and experience as a coach will be an asset on every project. This experience has taught me to reserve judgement, remain curious, to ask open-ended questions and accurately reflect and evaluate the data for key learnings. My knowledge and experience in administration and marketing and communication has equipped me with advanced presentation, graphic design and writing skills for use cases and business documents. My MBA has established my advanced research skills in academia and industry. I have proven high levels of verbal communication as an international speaker, podcast host, and webinar facilitator, which makes me confidently able present findings and recommendations to senior leaders. I am highly effective in stakeholder engagement, utilising my high emotional and cultural intelligence.
