As the Founder and CEO of Purple Squirrel Advisors, I am passionate about helping companies find candidates that are an ideal “fit” for their team. I’ve spent nearly 20 years placing C-level and senior executives in finance, accounting, human resources, operations, sales, and marketing roles. After spending over a decade working at a global firm, I founded Purple Squirrel Advisors in 2015 to bring a more personalized and caring approach to the process. Our firm’s mission is to create a consultative, “white glove” recruitment process customized to each client. Purple Squirrel Advisors recognizes that finding a good “fit” goes beyond writing a job description or screening resumes. We know that chemistry and culture are everything. That’s why we use our expansive and loyal network of industry connections to find candidate referrals not found through traditional sources. Additionally, we spend a great deal of time on the front end of every search getting to know our clients, their team and what makes their company unique. We primarily work with middle market privately owned companies, including family businesses and portfolio companies of Private Equity firms. Geographically, we "go where our relationships take us." In the past year, we have successfully completed searches in Florida, Massachusetts, Ohio, Indiana, Utah, Illinois, Arizona and California. In 2020, we began utilizing the tools of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). The EOS tools helped us to navigate the difficulties brought on by the pandemic. Our weekly leadership team meetings (L10) were transformational and accelerated our success towards goals.
