At 20, I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life. 

My teammates, classmates, and friends, all had jobs or internships for the summer, but not me.

I had nothing. I had no idea what to do.

The only thing I did know for sure was I didn’t want to work for someone else’s dream. 

I wanted to make mine come true. 

So, I spent the summer figuring out what business I wanted to start. 

Then, August 6, 2022, I officially broke into advertising. 

But I didn’t want to be one of the “get rich quick” internet bros. 

No, I wanted to build the next great ad agency from the ground up. 

Throughout college I did anything to get work and build my skills. After graduating, I was officially full time with my business. 

And I haven’t looked back since. 

I’m helping multiple DTC brands accomplish their own dreams by creating unforgettable, psychology-based ads to scale their brand and reduce CAC.

Yep. Psychology. I’m a big human behavior nerd as well as advertising. 

Because in my opinion, the greatest advertisers are experts of human understanding. 

I apply it to all my ads, and my clients are better for it.

Which are essentially just ads so mad people can’t ignore you or forget you.

The last few weeks for me at Madvertising have been ones of extreme highs and lows, but it has been extraordinary.

I have contemplated a lot, and now, more than ever, I need to make a change. 

Which is why I am officially looking to hire a Creative Strategist and Graphic Designer.

Things have simply gotten too busy for me alone.

Please read the following carefully, as it is necessary for finding out if you, or someone else, is the right fit.

First, this will be PROJECT-BASED to start, with the ability to move into a longer-term working relationship, should it be a good fit. 

I am looking for a 

Creative Strategist (US ONLY): 
- 2+ years of Creative Strategy experience in Meta ads
- Ability to brief, write copy, and analyze data
- Self-sufficient, with knowledge in creative ops, psychology, and processes
- HUGE plus if you can design ads too, but not required

Graphic Designer (Worldwide, but close to EST time *preferred):
- 2-3+ years of experience in designing thumb-stopping meta ads
- Knowledge of psychology in design
- Understands the importance of creative diversity
- Can understand and execute on briefs from a strategist

Things you should know about me before applying: 
- I like to work with intense speed
- I HIGHLY value (timely & honest) communication 
- I have a HIGH standard when it comes to creativity and quality of work
