With over 10 years of experience in business development, research, analytics, recruiting, marketing, learning and development, and customer relations, I am the Vice President of Business Development at Arizona Commerce Authority (ACA), the state's leading economic development organization. My mission is to attract and retain businesses in Arizona, primarily within the aerospace and defense, advanced manufacturing, and advanced technology industries, by showcasing the state's competitive advantages and opportunities. I lead all client and project management activities, from initial contact to site selection, incentives negotiation, and expansion assistance. I also develop and execute a sales outreach strategy that includes lead generation, market analysis, and quarterly contact with some of the state's largest companies. In my previous roles, I have successfully increased production, reduced costs, improved processes, and trained hundreds of personnel in various sectors. I am a proud veteran of the US Army, where I served in various leadership positions and earned a secret clearance. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Grand Canyon University. I am passionate about leveraging my skills and expertise to drive business growth and innovation in Arizona, and to support the state's economic development goals.
