I help professional coaches get from 0-300k in annual revenue, sustainably. We work on selling in a way that works for them, and getting comfortable in business so they can grow from where they are into the business they want. We work together through coaching, teaching, mentorship and consulting based on my 15 years in the field. People work with me who want someone “in it” with them, who has been there and is using high-integrity business practices to maintain a profitable and sustainable business. This isn’t regurgitated business coaching from a stream of mentors doing the same thing. It’s about what makes a business AND the business owner tick - what has worked and will work for decades. Not fast action tactics that come and go, though we use them when it feels fun! I grew up in multiple, successful family businesses, worked as a therapist, was a server and managed restaurants, and sold and managed the coaches of a scientifically proven coaching program. I come at this from a wide and deep perspective and have a lifetime of appreciation for what small businesses can do for families and communities.
