• 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Bootstrapped the company with GBP 200 in seed capital to a revenue of GBP 200,000 in a span of two years. Raised non-dilutive capital from various angels, banks & financial institutions.

• 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲: Prepared the annual financial strategy & monthly budgets. Conducted extensive product costing analysis and created effective pricing strategies on the same. Managed the FP&A segment covering accounting, MIS reporting system, payroll, and built a robust compliance management system.

• 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽: Codified the critical success factors for various functions and built key performance indicators for different business verticals. • 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: Conducted business valuation for $22 million demerger deal for a UAE based conglomerate through extensive discussions with key stake holders, building a discounted free cash flow valuation model. Also, conducted valuation of equity shares of the Indian subsidiary of an Austrian group for regulatory filings.

• 𝗠𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗿𝘀 & 𝗔𝗰𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: Led a team in a financial due diligence assignment for a $40 million M&A deal for a major Indian private bank. Also conducted legal due diligence in takeover of a $10 million distressed business.

• 𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Assisted in signing mandate & VC reach-outs for a $2.5 million fundraise for a D2C startup. Prepared, the pitchbook, PPTs, information memorandum, 1-page teaser, elevator pitch, fund utilization plan, a comprehensive fundraising pitch deck and built a detailed three-statement financial model. 

• 𝗔𝘂𝗱𝗶𝘁𝘀: Worked on tax audits, forensic audits, limited reviews & statutory audits of listed companies under IFRS framework.

• 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴: Developed and maintained financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making. Automated financial reporting processes using Excel & Power BI.
