•  Engaged in the front-to-back platform development feasibility study with operations automation as a core objective for a top-tier Chinese financial institution, including Lombard Lending, structured products, OTC with derivatives for their private banking, Stock Borrowing and Lending, Employee Stock Options Program, International Placing and basket orders etc.

• Managed and mentored two staffs in devising the internal strategy and business planning on existing product sustainability and the medium/long-term product offering

• Coached three staff from China team; increased their orders delivery by 65% through consolidating the performance status reports of the team as the basis in monitoring the weekly progress of the various activities within them

• Re-solved orders with long "in progress' status from approximately USD2M to less than USD500k by pinpointing the flaws between order management module and finance module at the SharePoint, achieving better regional KPIs
