I do what it takes to help move the needle forward for people and technology. Even though I wear many hats (research, strategy, creative, developer, accessibility), I look beyond the noise and look for the right solve to empower people and businesses for long-term growth and success. What makes you special? My versatility and my curiosity are my strongest and most special skills. I originally wanted to go into the video game industry, which is where my creativity and development hats come from. My desire to prove how a design works for people and a business is where my problem solving and research hats come from. Together, these hats make me a special asset to any team. What drives you? I am driven by doing a great job for others and for myself. I want to see others benefit from technology, and I am pushed by seeing others see their problems resolved by the power of technology (along with seeing that people are more in a position of success with the power of technology). What type of leader are you? I am a transformative type of leader. I look for what people are capable of, and challenge them to rise to the next level. Seeing someone learn a new skill or be successful in tackling a hurdle (in life or in business) gives me great satisfaction. What do you do for fun? Aside from keeping up with technology, I spend my time playing video games and sharing my passion on Twitch, along with cooking and cosplay.
