As a Driver Trainer, I trained Drivers on safe driving practices and high quality customer service when delivering packages to homes, retail locations, and other delivery locations. In this position, my key role was to keep our commitment to exceed customer expectations and make sure customer orders, large or small, are delivered on time at the right place.

*Partnered with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs), Operations Managers, and Area Managers to coordinate, facilitate, and measure training related activities. 
*Tracked performance and provide identified retraining and process improvement opportunities to further develop non-CDL driver, DOT regulated training.
*Provided timely and accurate reporting on the completion of trainings, compliance, safety, and maintenance duties. Successfully trained and advised over 200 new DAs into the DSP (Delivery Service Provider) driving position. 
*Educated and audit driver safety and compliance standards such as: driver vehicle inspection reports, hours of service, trip planning and safe road driving practices.
*Planned and monitor performance including on road ride behinds to measure on-road quality, adherence to standards, and identify re-training and process improvement opportunities.

• Trained incoming amazon Associates the process and showing flow and how it all comes together.

• Disassembled boxes based on manufacturer and quality determined through visual inspection process.
• Performed general equipment maintenance and repair to minimize downtime. Made sure that products were produced on time and are in good quality.
• Examined incoming materials and compared to documentation for accuracy and quality.

• Expected to understand aspects of production; adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards. Cross trained in varies departments (Pick, Stow, Divert, Push, Unloading, Water Spider, Inducting and Problem Solve). 
• Helped assist management in process to train new associates on how to use handheld devices to scan packages, manage picking routes for delivery drivers, and solve problematic errors. Sort, Pick and Pull delivery routes to assure that every customer gets their product. 
• Accomplished and maintained a 60-70%(+) smart stow rate, averaging a 300-400(+) stow rate within strict time constraints.
• Acted as a Temporary Process Assistant (PA) to direct process flow to the designated area of business needs in order to meet the companies goals. Helped the team maintain the top #3 Warehouse Delivery Station Regional (Gold and Silver tier). Resulting in a overall stow rate of 300+ as a Delivery Station.

Delivery Station Associate

area. Verifying the quantity and description of materials received by checking merchandise against 
the packing list. 
• Created a better way to manage inventory when preparing products for shipment by using Microsoft Excel to track, add and delete unwanted products that we needed to fulfill clients orders; add new products to the existing inventory and to remove discontinue materials that no longer hold value. This allow us to have a smooth audit at the end of the year.
