Spearheaded the ideation, planning, execution, and management of category brand marketing event initiatives for Nike's Western region, delivering innovative experiences aligned with the brand's high standards and strategic goals. Collaborated cross-functionally with Brand Managers, Entertainment Marketing, Legal, PR, Sales, Risk Management, and Community Relations teams to conceptualize and execute impactful events that elevated Nike's market presence. Managed end-to-end event operations, including creative ideation, logistics, vendor negotiations, staffing, partner collaborations, sponsor acquisition, and talent coordination. Oversaw budgeting, financials, contracts, and reporting to ensure precision and profitability. Developed and implemented the Event Brief Process, streamlining collaboration between Brand Managers and the Event Department, resulting in more efficient, timely, and effective project execution.

Additional responsibilities included hiring, training and managing offline staff and managing promotional merchandising efforts. 

Sonicnet Manager Responsibilities included management and production of offline marketing efforts for Sonicnet.com. Duties included budget management, forecasting, project marketing plans and proposals, tour and event sponsorships, trade shows, field marketing, promotional parties and events, and special offline projects. Additional responsibilities included hiring, training and managing independent contractors and managing promotional merchandising efforts.
