•	Collaborated with cross functional teams and other businesses (B2B) to create strong partnerships and optimal program sustainability for John Deere Inspire.
•	Provided mentorship, coaching, and professional development to interns and colleagues through performance management and one on one sessions.

After a decade-long career gap, I completed my MBA in Personal Financial Planning from Indiana Wesleyan University and re-entered the workforce shortly after.
