•	Cultivated and managed strong relationships with dealership businesses as well as internal John Deere teams to increase program participation and scope.
•	Authored, administered, and reviewed contracts and documents for internships at company and dealership locations allowing for the company to host more than twice the number of DoD SkillBridge interns. 
•	Organized implementation of mentorship program across the company and authored standard procedures for sustainability of mentorship program.
