Hi, I’m Cassie! 👱🏻‍♀️

I head up our Partnerships motion at RevPartners - we help companies supercharge their revenue engines by building out their HubSpots + Clay. 

Everyday I feel like I "hacked the system" because in Partnerships, I get to make friends for a living! 

➔ You might find me filming woman-on-the-street content at INBOUND, hanging with GTMEs in the Clay office, or at the Red Sox with HubSpotters. 

➔ Relationship building = everything in an AI dominated world. 

I started building my LinkedIn personal brand as a BDR in 2022, and since then I've made being a LinkedIn creator a full-blown personality trait. 😅 

➔ I love creating LinkedIn content about my career journey, lessons learned from B2B SaaS, trends and hacks in marketing, partnerships, and RevOps. 

➔ In my "RevOps Girl Walks" video series, I talk about RevPartners + RevOps from my global travels as a Digital Nomad! 🥾✈️

When I'm not adventuring around in a van (don't sleep on van life...nothing better) I'm based up in Maine (thus the 🦞). 

➔ Previously based in Boston (7 years), NYC (5 years), and Medellín, Colombia (3 glorious months). 

LinkedIn content creation has changed my life, and I'm deeply passionate about helping others change their lives through LinkedIn, too. 

➔ I was able to go from a burned out political communications director to a fully remote SaaS professional because of my LinkedIn content...but even better? I've found the B2B SaaS LinkedIn community and become IRL friends with so many other creators, too.

➔ Thanks to LinkedIn, I achieved my lifelong dream of becoming a digital nomad, and I will never take that for granted. 

Outside of SaaS, I provide fractional LinkedIn services to political candidates and use my TikTok (@cassiejmoreno) to teach job seekers how to use a "Content Creator Method." 

➔ Storytelling is everything to me, and nothing brings me more joy than helping others unlock their full potential through their story. 

➔ (It's the theatre major in me - musicals are my first love! 🎭)

🎁 Personal News: I've joined Reachdesk! 🎁 A quick story about why...

In the late 1980s my parents started a business. At 24 and 26, they left their corporate jobs, bet on themselves, and probably scared my grandparents to death.

From a pushcart in Downtown Crossing in Boston they sold personalized storybooks to parents and grandparents, who could have their child's name printed in a book while they waited. (Before the internet, this was cutting edge!)

The pushcart was successful and grew to be an actual store in Rockport, MA. One store grew to three, with the largest one being in Kennebunkport, ME, where they raised me and my siblings.

Quite literally, my entire life story began with personalized gifting.

My earliest memories are of playing in the storybook store while my mom ran the business and made sales. My brother Chip and I would climb into the display counter and pretend to be mannequins - fooling nobody - and throughout my childhood, the storybook store in Kennebunkport was our second home.

Most of my LinkedIn connections know me from my work in politics (#CassieDoesComms!). While my transition to sales at a tech start-up might surprise some, it all goes back to these memories for me. Reachdesk, like the storybook store, empowers others to create special memories through gifting. It's a bet I believe in.

So how was week 1? The team is phenomenal. The tech space is inspirational. And the product - well, it's personal.

Grateful to Robert Ermini, Victoria Salazar, Garrett Marshall, Greg Baron, Scott Domareck, Malvina EL-Sayegh, and the global Reachdesk family for an incredible kickoff week and onboarding experience. Grateful to Josh Penzell, MFA, MBA for his guidance during my interview process.

Grateful to my parents who gifted me with the world. Talk about moments that matter. 🎁

I've officially earned the RevOps Fundamentals certification from RevPartners!

Despite working at RevPartners for almost two years I had never actually taken a RevOps certification course before... 🙈 

(Made it kiiiind of difficult when filming #RevOpsGirlWalks - I always had to do a mini research round before filming, just to make sure what I was sharing was correct!) 

So it's SO fitting that when it finally came time to TRULY understand our product and how our team engineers revenue outcomes for the GTM owner on HubSpot, I had to go with our new RPX certification course! 

Nikki Sneed is not only the best colleague and friend...turns out she's also an amazing instructor!
