•  UI design for websites and apps (existing and new) — collating data, design thinking, working with team to determine information architecture, delivering UX assets such as user flows & user journeys, developing creative UI wireframes and interactive prototypes for different devices, documenting user research findings, promoting user-centric design, using Sketch, Invision and Adobe XD
•  Ensure all collateral produced is on-brand and consistent across the various sub brands 
•  Managing online content and updating websites/creating assets for websites
•  Working to tight deadlines and managing competing priorities and client expectations/stakeholder management 
•  Adhere to brand guidelines and ensure all work is produced as such
•  Produce campaign rollout, video storyboarding and editing, posters, web content management, flyers, booklets, long-form documents, retouching images, layout design and other ad-hoc requests
•  Assist in the production of Catholic Outlook, the online publication of the Diocese of Parramatta: catholicoutlook.org, including print editions and subsequent print ads
•  Preparing assets for print, liaising with printers and other vendors for asset delivery 
•  Ensure all required collateral and artwork is consistent for all digital initiatives of the Diocese. This includes website, sub-sites, social media accounts, email communications and infographics. Includes managing website content, building and designing websites in WordPress, using Beaver Builder and other supported plugins, using HTML and CSS
•  High level of fluency across the creative suite especially Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
•  Liaising with stakeholders and clients, managing requests, projects and client's requests
•  Working to tight timeframes and managing competing deadlines and a large workload

•	Sourcing appropriate content, copywriting and posting regularly and in a timely manner via the key organisational social media/online channels, including salvos.org.au
•	Overhauled content on salvos.org.au for 2014 relaunch and worked with stakeholders to ensure ongoing currency of information
