The Role

I manage the relationship with Red Box key partners in the UK and EMEA. My role is to drive new business and growth through partners, including owning the entire sales process and engaging with end users to understand their needs, create solutions and drive knowledge of multimedia recording.

A key part of my role is to help resellers differentiate themselves in the market with a new approach to voice and multi media recording. Customers own their data and we work with them to optimise it for business benefit.

I was brought in to LDC to take over responsibility for the Sales Team and to define a structured approach to the end to end sales process. My time at LDC was spent creating and delivering a sales academy which involved commissioning external experts to develop and initiate bespoke consultative sales training, coaching and development. I was also responsible for creating a structred approach to managing the sales cycle, forecasting business and an enhanced client engagement process. This resulted in a significant increase in sales performance, sales representative retetion rates and revenue generation.
