•	Drove bra sales and growth by personally selling to customers, implementing new selling behaviours, looking at current tendencies and how to use them to inspire customers and the team.
•	Ensured the adequate training of the team through continuous feedback, coaching, performance evaluation, time management and the elaboration of individual development plans for each team member. 
•	Demonstrated expert-level product knowledge to diagnose issues and build bra wardrobes on the sales floor and/or fitting room.
•	Aided visual merchandise team with the implementation of new shop floor layouts.

•	Represented the university at events run by the Outreach; Recruitment; and University Taster teams. 
Events included: visits and open days; primary, secondary and sixth form school visits both on and off campus; HE Fairs; and summer schools. 
•	Assisted at recruitment events (on and off campus).
•	Wrote and delivered presentations to prospective students at student fairs.
•	Was a student ambassador blogger, creating monthly content for the website. Those included film shoots, articles and photo shoots.
•	In charge of mentoring a team of prospective students during Journalism Summer School, helping them with interviewing skills and how to put a publication and website together, for 2 consecutive years.

I've always been a word nerd. 

It all started with way too many hours reading books as a child, it progressed to spending days reading CD booklets and memorising all the lyrics, and finally illegally downloading endless hours of music. Don't worry, I became a completely law-abiding citizen around age 12.

This (thankfully!) progressed to writing lyrics and learning how to make music myself (and not to me becoming a pirate).

I love words and how they make people feel. 

At this point, it comes as no surprise that I studied Songwriting and later Journalism. 

So, if I'm not writing or making music, I'm probably up on a mountain picking mushrooms, climbing or skiing.

If I'm home, I'm most definitely watching Formula 1 or geeking out on it. Probably by watching some obscure video on how the new cars' aerodynamics work or wasting my time looking at F1 memes.
