I am a writer, content strategist and video producer for brands and businesses. I started my content studio by leveraging my skills as a journalist to craft impactful, engaging and on-brand blogs for various companies. However over the years, my expertise has really become branding and content strategy. What I am really good at is helping clients hone their message, define their voice and create copy that resonates with their audience and leads positive customer journeys. 

Over the past seven years I've done just about every type of writing job out there, from email marketing and white papers to press releases. Besides blogging and copywriting, I have also worked directly with c-suite executives to create think-pieces that better brand them and their business, as well as built brands from the ground up and launched successful rebrands. Additionally, I have worked as a managing editor and project manager — along the way further honing my leadership skills as I manage both teams of people and clients.

Today, I mainly work with clients in the travel, fine jewelry and luxury lifestyle sectors. However, I have, and continue to work in industries like transport & logistics, marketing, e-commerce, mobility, design, connectivity, the cloud, healthcare, cybersecurity, health & wellness, food, and interior design.

Freelance Writer, Content Strategist & Branding Expert

Cejlon 

As a freelance Senior Public Relations Manager at Cejlon, I developed and executed comprehensive PR strategies for Cejlon clients in the music industry. My role involved fostering strong media relationships, crafting impactful press releases and providing strategic counsel on high-profile campaigns. Additionally, I contributed my branding expertise to support clients and artists in establishing or enhancing their brand presence.

I managed the accounts of Florian Picasso, Dekadance and Verknipt while also contributing to event accounts like Verknipt ArenA and AMF. I also worked on various bios, press collateral and copy for other Cejlon accounts during my tenure.

Working in a freelance capacity, I am managing the communications, strategy and positioning of this pioneer mobility design company. In this new role, I continue to work on social media, blogs and the company newsletter, as well as owning the strategy, positioning and marketing initiatives.

Communications Manager

I have worked with MODYN since early 2019, initially helping with social media and competition texts as the company continued to get more international attention. I eventually took on more communications work, eventually helping the company rebrand from Vanderveer Designers to MODYN in 2020. During this phase I worked directly alongside management to reposition, rebrand and hone a new modern voice and identity for the company, writing the new website and creating new brand guidelines. I also write the blog, manage social media and write the company newsletter.

The Social Hub

I was hired to help re-launch the company blog, creating on-brand, long-form content that hones the brand's voice and engages the community. This includes articles that cover everything from student mental health to city guides and local changemakers. In the meantime, I also worked on copywriting projects ranging from email campaigns to window copy for the rebranding, when the $2.1-billion company went from The Student Hotel to The Social Hub.

I also had the honor of working on The Social Hub's brand book, leading the copywriting and content strategy of the book to help the company solidify its new branding direction and ethos in writing. I worked directly with key management stakeholders, designers, project managers and art directors to help bring this brand book to life. This brand book can be found at every hub across Europe.
