Architected and drove the business-wide migration from Hubspot CRM to Salesforce Sales Cloud.
 
Own and manage the sales and marketing technology stack (Hubspot, Salesforce, Salesloft, Chargebee, Gong, Zoom, Zapier, Intercom) across implementation, integration, administration, and metrics.

Understand end to end business processes, associated flow of data, recommend and build repeatable, scalable sales and marketing processes and process improvements. Present recommendations or additional metrics which will drive optimised performance and efficiencies.

Aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day sales and marketing operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

I am responsible for understanding our customers and prospects needs’ and developing the appropriate solution footprint.This involves performing the necessary needs assessment and analyses to clearly define the business objectives and capabilities, as well as the supporting business case, demonstrating how those requirements are supported using the Marketo solution

I collaborate with our sales, marketing and services teams to continually improve our demonstrations, including sales scripts, discovery process, best practices, sharing expertise/training and guiding solution development.
