What’s a “Professional Cat Herder”? I’ve had a very successful 40 years of getting diverse groups of people with at least one thing in common to work well together & move forward to accomplish synergistically greater & more as a team than what each might do individually. Whether my official job title was director of some program or I was there temporarily as a change agent bridging to new management, acceptance & change happen quickly when people feel safe around you. I believe in meeting people where they are right now, not where somebody else thinks they should be. I find out where they would like to go, what the participants’ strengths are, & then help them create a path to head there feeling valued for their contributions. I’ve worked with all kinds of offices & people from all faiths, backgrounds, nationalities, expertise levels. No matter how different people are in their unique gifting, we all have in common our basic sentience & humanity. I see dignity & possibilities inherent in every human. You have no doubt had to figure out how to work well with a group of humans in your daily life. In addition to years of 1:1 individual counseling (especially healing from grief & pivoting from life stages), my coaching history is transforming group dysfunction & working with the team you've got through intentional organizational culture creation principles with a lot of motivational psychology. Not all assigned managers lead well, so it’s important that YOU develop skills to quickly mitigate & turn around behavioral problems in your group gently & become a force for good. I teach from my 40 years of experience in creative programing & motivational techniques how to metaphorically purr & do puppy eyes to diffuse tensions quickly & effectively encourage cooperation from your participants. I help you overcome your blocks by applying my skills in Reiki, guided meditation & hypnotherapy techniques with years of studying psychology & spiritual writings to serve as not "just" a coach, but also a grief & loss counselor, including hospice & pet loss. Most of what holds us back is ourselves, often needing to gain clarity on our own beliefs, dreams & imposter issues combined with making peace with doors that have closed.
