Responsibilities:

- Participate in production meetings and provide a QA point of view on development decisions.
- Ensure communications are maintained between the Production and QA teams.
- Creating detailed Test Plans and other required documents needed to effectively conduct the product quality control.
- Follow the evolution of the game design and production decisions and adapt documents accordingly.
- Enforce the testing and submission processes with their production team.
- Managing a team of QA Testers based on capacity needs.
- Meet the requirements for each milestone requirements.
- Taking part in and overseeing crucial production cycles.
- Provide feedback to improve QA best practices and documentation.
- Participate and give the tone for QA subjects during team SCRUM meetings.
- Participate in the hiring process of new team members.
