Senior Regional Manager Account Management

Responsible for leading a team of 10 responsible for the account management in the fast growing Paris market, strategy implementation, and planning within an independent market geography. Responsible for
• maximizing revenues to achieve quarterly targets,
• driving implementation of internal business initiatives,
• and improving process efficiencies in addition to developing and sustaining strong hotel partner relationships within the assigned area.

Position Responsibilities:
• Managing/hiring/developing a team including Senior & Junior Account Managers, to deliver revenue and/or acquisition goals through management of inventory, rates and supplier relations and negotiation of best inventory and most strategically competitive rates in the assigned market.
• Involvement in cross functional Expedia business initiatives
• Provide ongoing input for developing effective and scalable solutions to improve process efficiencies
• Evaluate market trends and competitor activity and provide analysis and recommendations to management
• Develop and sustain strong partner relationships
• Provide meaningful performance reporting analysis to partners at the property level to implement win-win solutions
• Develop a strong network and relationships within the local market in order to leverage appropriate market influencers and provide expertise to the local industry
• Continually coach and provide best practices and recommendations
• Lead the development and execution of overall market business plans, and ensure Expedia has a long-term business strategy to deepen our position in the assigned market/territory

Responsible for leading a team of 12 responsible in charge of the acquisition of new properties/hotels in France
Position Responsibilities:
• Managing/hiring/developing a team including Senior & Junior Account Managers, to deliver acquisition goals through negotiation of best inventory and most strategically competitive rates in the assigned market.
• Involvement in the implementation of the acquisition strategy of Expedia group in EMEA (acquisition process, mission statement of the different team involved in the acquisition process)
• Optimization and implementation of the sales cycle
• Set up of individuals goals 
• Provide ongoing input for developing effective and scalable solutions to improve process efficiencies
• Develop a strong network and relationships within the local market in order to leverage appropriate market influencers and provide expertise to the local industry
• Continually coach and provide best practices and recommendations

• Account management of Expedia partners in France country  
• Maximising revenue of Expedia partner by providing data and advise during physical and phone meeting
• Set up long term relationship with partners

Acquisition :
• Prospecting and acquisition of new establishments to enrich the Expedia brand portfolio and meet travelers' requests
• Physical meetings and negotiations with independent hotels and chains
• Analysis of markets and establishments of marketing and pricing strategies to achieve short-term and long-term objectives for partners
