A Senior Consultant within our Technology & Digital practice, I have a varied role working closely with our Telco, Retail and Media clients to land digital transformation, whether it be overhauling team ways of working and target operating model change, shaping technology roadmaps or helping to land large scale digital programmes. 

Work has included: 
-	Working with one of the UK’s leading retailers to land a pipeline of large scale technology and proposition changes into their existing tech stack and operating model. 
-	Working to land a complex Oracle ERP systems implementation into the existing technology structures of a UK leading retailer. 
-	Helping to co-create new ways of working for a leading UK Telco to enable the start of their agile transformation journey.
