In my role as a key leader on Office Depot's VMS team, I orchestrated a transformative six-month discovery phase. This endeavor involved identifying existing workflows, gathering business requirements, and producing essential documentation to enhance workflow efficiency. This groundwork facilitated the seamless configuration and implementation of Peoplefluent VMS software at Office Depot, a process in which I played a pivotal role in processing and qualifying over 60 supplier enrollments.

My responsibilities extended to nationwide data collection and validation across multiple departments within the organization.
