I founded Gaïndéa to ensure that women are recognized, supported and empowered in the workplace, as they go through the most challenging transition of their personal and professional lives: becoming a working parent. For the past 15 years, I have advised international companies of all sizes on the design and implementation of effective talent attraction and retention strategies. As a leader of high-performing teams, I quickly understood that my team members' mental well-being was a prerequisite to their engagement, and therefore to their success. That became the central tenet of my management style. Having experienced burnout, I learned what a devastating effect a lack of support, clear boundaries, and a strong “why” can have. In my coaching practice, I realized that too few women have access to those resources when they most need it: when they return to work after having a child. Today, my mission is to help make parental leave a smooth, safe and rewarding experience for women and their employers. My vision is that all working women are empowered and successful bringing their whole identities to work.
