	Building relationships with current and previous clients to ensure repeat business.
	Dealing with client maintenance issues
	Liaising with clients on a daily basis to resolve outstanding issue
	Helping clients with any extra orders they may require after the completion of a job
	Meetings with the client and projects team at the end of each job to record any outstanding issues for resolution
	Following up with clients to ensure completion certificates are signed
	Visiting sites to ensure issues are being resolved by contractors in a timely manner
