Implemented an improved agile operations model for both data products and platform development as the data-science technology matured. Built core product management foundations and supported capital raise (seed) to  enable the company's transition from start-up to scale-up.

Served as CPO during a challenging turnaround phase amidst the depths of the Covid-19 pandemic. Partnering cross-functionally, results included a redefined platform vision and strategy, revamped solutions portfolio, and a new commercial & GTM model centered on enterprise and mid-market healthcare providers that incorporated usage-based pricing (UBP). In partnership with the CTO, the product group was rebuilt to a multi-faceted team of 14 across 4 strategic pillars, the agile SDLC was transformed to a new OKR model that shifted investments to strategic innovations, and authoritative, data-driven roadmaps were adopted. Combined, these changes pivoted the company to a product-led operating model that helped address systemic challenges and eliminate reactive practices hindering growth, scale, and profitability.
