Oversaw several of the largest and most significant projects for the agency and the State, including but not limited to Family First. Organized, guided, and advised eight committees comprised of 16 co-chairs, 32 sub-committees, and 338 participants of Family First. Created and managed eight other projects comprised of 60 other project participants.  Served as liaison to state agencies and non-profit organizations and their executive leadership teams. Developed strategic plans to support project objectives, milestones, and resources needed to ensure success. Conducted research and analysis of other leading projects across the nation and identify successful models to test applicability and cultural fit for existing projects and future implementation of state projects.  Identified and recruited internal talent and other resources to ensure proper allocation. Trained, mentored, and coached front line caseworkers, supervisors, administrators, and executive level leadership.

•	Substantially reduced the time from Termination of Parental Rights (TPR) to Guardianship or Adoption from 558 days to 126 days lessening the trauma to children and increases permanency into a loving and supportive home. 
•	Brought the Department into compliance with Illinois state law requiring incarcerated people to have visitation with their children and participation in case reviews, by reviewing state legislation and creating a new position of Prison Visitation Project Manager.  Hired staff within two months of job creation. 
•	Improved the participant productivity of all projects. Led, assisted, and transformed the culture by formalizing a goal setting process with action steps and accountability measures. 
•	Created and managed the Community Based Organization Project (CBO), which finds culturally competent people and organizations throughout the state, which identify citizen needs in specific geographic regions and assist in the creation of a program plan to address and alleviate the issues.
