Responsible for the overall leadership of the Client Data Management team of the bank which supports ANZ Singapore and ANZ Hong Kong - Private Bank. Operational jurisdiction involves customer onboarding, account maintenance, banking services and global tax reporting.

• Representative for Retail and Private Wealth Operations for the implementation of Common Reporting Standard (CRS) in the bank. 
• Member of the key working group for the launch and implementation of the Debt Consolidation Program into the bank. Worked closely with credit, loans and collections teams as well as collaborated with partner banks within the Association of Banks in Singapore.

Team Lead for Client Data Management

Oversaw and managed the operational concerns of retail, wealth and private banking sectors of ANZ Singapore via Account Services and Channel Operations. 

•	Lead the centralized servicing unit that supported client enablement and on boarding for the branch network of ANZ Singapore. Product coverage: transactional accounts, credit cards and unsecured loans.
•	Lead the unit that handled pre-payment processing of both inbound and outbound payments of the bank for two years until the creation of the Investment and Trade Operations team.
•	Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) Champion for retail and private banking operations.
•	Accountable for handling the organization's response to financial regulatory authorities covering account investigations.
•	Member of the key working group for the launch and implementation of platforms in line with the bank's adherence to Personal Data Protection Act guidelines as mandated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
